More About the Airline ’59 Custom 2P Electric Guitar
The Airline ’59 Custom 2P is based on the style of the early 60s Airline made by Valco and sold through Montgomery Ward. The original Airline’s were made of Res-O-Glas and had a floating bridge. Eastwood has upgraded the design to a tone-chambered mahogany body with a tune-o-matic bridge with a custom chrome tail. The Airline 2P features a unique rubber binding which surrounds the entire body, and replicates the esthetics of the original Airline Res-O-Glas guitars. Additional cosmetic details include a striped pickguard, aluminum tone switch plate and available NOS Valco™ knobs. It is fitted with a pair of high output Airline Vintage Voiced Single Coil pickups hidden in a Humbucker case. This guitar comes with a Vintage Style Deluxe form-fit AIRLINE hardshell case with steel plate logo.

Come now…the Airline is represented on your poster as someone who is merely Sort Of A Creep, not someone who would be so vile as to steal an amp. Please do a little research before denegrating those who would play an instrument such as this. Remember…Airline players are just creepy, not thieves.
ha…I suppose you’re right! I was suggesting, though, that if this poster had been created in ’59, the Airline would have been to the left. I still stand by that.
